FIFTEEN MEMBERS OF A CEJEYv 7 MISSING. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received July 12, 12.10 p.m. SYDNEY, Tuly 12. Fifteen members of the crew of the steamer Wallamba, which went ashore at Morna Point last night, are missing. The steamer was bound from Newcastle to Manning lliver with general cargo. Only meagre details of the wreck are to- hand. It is understood i,hat campers saw the crew approaching; Tl.'e point, and called out that the landing wa« unsafe. The boats containing the crew turned soiith. and up to this j i'.ming ] have not been reported. They have i possibly landed, but meantime a lug has ' left Newcastle in. search. ■ The Aiax, a wooden vessel of 331 tons, is hard and fast on the rocks and deck cargo- is washing ashore.
