IMPORTANT DISPERSAL SALE

Mitchell, of "liurnbank,' will come under the hammer. For almost as long as one can remember j "Bumbank" has been noted for the j valuable stock it has produced, and i volumes could lie written in this connection, as vce.ll as on their show ring records, both in this Dominion and throughout Australia. The services of the popular owners of "Eurobank" have been in demand as show judges through, out Australia. Mr. Alex. Mitchell havj.inK jiidged at several shows as fax north as Queensland. The stock to be offered on Tuesday consist of some very valuable pedigree Clydesdale mares and their progeny. These are descended from Clydesdale families whose breeding and show ring records were of the very highest merit. A valuable dairy herd of some sixty dairy cows are also to be disposed of. These are a firstclass lot. and include a good proportion of Jersey cross cows which were sired by Dr. Noonan's well-known Jersey bull, "Little Sultan." which was also the sire of the well-known pedigree cow "Belvedere Sultana," who. mule}- Government test, produced 530.56 1b of butter-fat,, and "Little Sultan's Mary," whose certificate of record wn* •422.54.1b of butter-fat. The herd has been pasturing with well-bred Jersey and Friesian bulls. The farm implements and household furniture ore nlso to tro tr> the highest bidder. The sale, which has been entrusted to Messrs It. P. Morrissey and Co.. is timed to start ■fit 12.ftr> p.m., nud it is anticipated the sale will be well attended.
