Following the confidence debate on home affairs last week-end, in which the R-adical Socialists refused to participate, three Radical Socialist under-secretaries tendered their resignations. M. Poincare refused to accept them, and the executive of the Radical Socialist party has now invited the Ministers for Colonies and Hygiene under-secretaries and all belonging to the party to re-sign.—Au?.-N.Z.
