ALTERATION OF MAILS,

Changes in times of closing and despatching of mails caused by alteration in time-table for train services. Commencing on MONDAY, the 7th inst., the'following changes will take place, the undermentioned being only those mails affected:

Mails for Patea, Waverley,' Wanganui and South, Main Trunk line north of Marton Junction, will close at 930 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. Late Fee 94« a.m. Mails for Patea, Waverley, Waitotara, Wanganui, Palmerston North and Wellington .will close at 10.20 a,m instead of 11.30 a.m. Mails for New Plymouth and intermediate offices (Auckland on Tuesdays and Fridays) will close at 4.30 p.m.; instead of 5 p.m. Clearances of certain posting boxes will be affected accordingly.
