The Daily Mail says that Mr Bonar law will remain among- the great -figHres in our history. His greatness •came by his strength of character and nobility of disposition. The nation will praise him because he is a fearless and good man, and did his best for his country without thought for self. It will not forget his kindliness, simplicity, straight-forwardness and deep human sympathy which was shown so often during the war and made him so lovable. —United Service.
Mr Bonar Law is expected to regain his health, but Ms political career is •definitely closed. —Times.
