Plans approved by the director! of the Wangacui Woollen Mills for tb» company's factory at Aramoho, provide. . for, buildings of considerable dimensions, and oi a comprehensive descrip-. tion. Tenders have been called »«"* will be returnable in .three weeks* time. A Herald representative, obtained some interesting particulars regarding the proposed buildings from the architect, Air T, H. Battle. Of the saw-back type, the building* will be single storey, high, and tit* main lighting will be from the not. The main building will have a floor* ; space of 31,076 feet, its outside dimensions being 176 ft by 176 ft. In **»;» •building there will be the weaving^ room, yarn store, finishing, and other departments, while provision has bees made for future extensions. The manager's office, designer's room and administrative staff will have their headquarters in this building also. Next in importance, according i» size, will be: the spinning room, whieb> win cover an area of 17,600 feet- Tl» external dimensions are 88ft by 200 ft. The building will house the spinnings and carding departments. I . The third block of building* will fe» devoted to wool scouring, drying aadl dyeing departments, also storerooms. Its dimensions will be 128 ft by 70ft.
