LAND SEIZURE IN SKYE.

'Recently a number of' ex-soldiers residing in Elgoll, Skye, seized part of Kilmaree farm, on the estate of Strathaird, the property of Mr Walter L. Johnson. The farm extends to over 75 acres arable, and also includes a good stretch of hill pasture. The land, it is believed, has been formerly -used * fdisporting purposes. Three of the men who have taken part in the raid were disabled: in the war, and two badly wounded. Others have had long periods of army service.
