ENQUIBX WANTED. Received Oct. 20, 12.20 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 19. Mr. •Donald alleges that the conditions and Expectations on which the Dominiongave their financial "support are not. being fulfilled. These have been declared impracticable and impossible without the Dominions* .being consulted. The delay in regard to the catering was <lue entirely to the.dilatory h_etli<w!s of ithe management, as twenty months had -©lapsed since tho negotiations were bo gun. Similarly the timber requirements were known two years ago, and $here had been plenty of time to get suitable Empire timber.
