Robertson Orr, which has been sevj eral times mentioned in the Magistrate's Court, was again adjourned till ! Friday owing to defendant's ill-health. ' Counsel for defendant stated that the Rev.' Orr's illness was aggravated by a . distressing motor accident on Sunday near Eketahuna, when his brother was injured. He suggested that plaintiff's , counsel nominate a medical man to ex- ' amine defendant, and this offer was ac- '. cepted.
