Received Oct. 14, 1.20 p.m. PARIS, Oct. 13. Le Journal says that Sir J. Bradbury's proposed reparations commission will grant Germany a new moratorium for five years concurrently with the Allied prohibition of the issue of fiduciary stock to Germany, who would be authorised to make payments by five year bonds endorsed by the creditors and repayable yearly during the five years. The Petit Parisien says that if the. reparations commission does not reach an agreement preventing a German financial collapse the proposed Brussels conference may not be held.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
