Wangaeui and Taranaki played their annual fixture at Hawera to-day in fine weather conditions. The course was good, and some fine play was seen. Results of four-ball matches, Wanganui players mentioned first in each case, were as follows: Goss and Saunders 3 up and 2 v. O'Callaghan and J. Quin; Harold and Dr Williams v. Wright and L. Quin, 3 up and 2; Meldrum and Harrison v. Chbng and Smith 6 up and 5; Bevan and Goldingham v. V. Elliott and Ross 4 up and 3; Woon and D'Axcy v. Walker and Stewart, all square; Zeisler and Jack v.
