!■ . AUCKLAND, Oct. 14. |; At the inquest on John Patton ' Miller the body was identified as that of a.watersider, formerly a detective in ' the police force. He was bruised on the body over the heart. A bottle containing a powerful disinfectant was alongside the body. The inquest was adjourned.
