STATEMENT BY SIR JAMES
CRAIG.
BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—'OP YRIGHT LONDON, Oct. .11. Sir James Craig (Premier of Ulster), in a message to Glasgow Orangemen, states he is prepared to act in friendly co-operation with the Southern Parliament towards peace for all Ireland. Mr Higgins, in Dail Eireanri, announced that the present assembly, after December 6, would function as the Parliament of the Free State, pro-, vided members took the prescribed! oaths and that Parliament remained j in existence for six months until the j Adult Suffrage, Bill was passed into law. The committee stage of the Constitution Bill has been completed, and i the treaty forming the second schedule j of Ifche Bill was also carried. .- I
