! Percy Christie, charged with the
negligent driving of a motor cycle, by which, a passenger in .the sidecar was injured and had to have a leg amputated above the knee, was found to have ydriven at a dangerous speed and was ordered to pay Hospital charges, £83 2s, and "damages, £166.
