WANGANUI WOOLLEN MILLS.
\ WANQ&NTJI, Oct. 12 The board of directors of the Wanganui Woollen Mills Company, has decided to go Tight ahead with the construction of the mills. It is expected that .the machinery will be in position inside of a year. The plans piovide for a complete and compact mill of between thirty-five and forty looms. It is proposed to manufacture Vi type of goods hitherto not attempted in New i Zealand. "•■ The general manager, Mr I Porteous, leaves by the Corinthic for j England to order plant and to engage foreman operators.
