LONDON, Oct. 10. Despite the 'Versailles Treaty's restrictions Germany is making important progress in aeronautics. She is building the world's largest seaplane, with a span of 197 feet, capable of carrying sixty passengers, with a maximum range of 1000 miles. —Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
