THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE.

LONDON", Oct. 10. The International Institute of Agriculture estimates tie decrease in the wheat yield of Europe, not including France, Germany, and the Serho-Croat-Slovene States, whose figures are not yet available, at 13 per cent, below 1921. North Africa's yield is estimated at a decrease of 32 per cent: India and Canada and the United States show an increase of 17 per cent., thus compensating for the European and Norfch African deficiency. It appears that the probable yield of the whole of the Northern Hemisphere will at least etfUal 1921.
