SEIZURE OF WHISKY.

BY CABLE—FBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYSIGHT NEW YORK, Oct. 10. Fifty bottles of whisky were seized aboard the United States Shipping Board's freighter Wivona, which arrived from Smyrna with refugees. This is the first seizure under the new law. The captain denied knowledge of the liquor. He said it must belong to the refugees.
