- MR CHURCHILL HOPEFUL.

The prospect of an early settlement in the Near East is bright, according to the latest from Constantinople.
Mr Winston Ghurchill, in a telegram read to his constituents at Dundee, says: "I think we can get through our troubles in the Near East all right."
