COMMUNISTS PLANNING GENERAL STRIKE.
SYDNEY,, May 15. Mr Ley, referring to the growth of Communism in the Labour movement, states that at present there are men m the movement who are deliberately aiming to bring about a general strike as a prelude to a revolution.
The Cockle Creek roasters and smelters have closed owing to lack of ore, due mainly to the decreased output, of the central mines at Broken Hill.
