Schliapnikoff, leader of the workers' opposition, has accused Trotsky of appropriating for his own use 30,000,000 gold roubles at the Eleventh Congress of Communists. Trotsky and Zinovieff advocated Sohliapnikoff's expulsion from the part}r on the grounds that his attacks were against the Soviet bureaucracy. Trotsky's reply to the charge is awaited with- interest in Moscow.
