BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received May 1, 10.30 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, April,3o. The Porte las accepted the Allied peace proposals, but contends that the concession of any part of Thrace would be an infringement of the national rights and security of the Ottoman State.
