Received April 28, 12.55 p.m. TOKIO, Aoril £7. The Prince of "Wales has ieached Kyoto. The town is lavishly decorated, and the Prince was accorded an enthusiastic reception by the great crowds lining the streets en route to the Omiya Palace, where he will reside for a week. In the afternoon the Prince visited and placed wreaths on the mausoleum of the late Emperor, in the presence of high dignitaries. At night there was a great lantern procession.
