NEW YORK, April 26. John Lawrence Leclair, posing as an army officer, who married eight women and promised marriage to? 78 others during the'last four months, has been arrested on a charge of bigamy. Pie had love affairs m nearly every State, extending from Maine- to Florida. He passed bogus cheques in many towns.
