LONDON, April 19. There were ten runners in the City and Suburban Handicap. Archibald, an American, rode the winner. This is his first success in England. Childs rode Monarch and Donaghue Granely. The same jockeys occupied places in th© Lincolnshire, in which Monarch was second. Three-quarters of a length separated the placed horses.
