GAMING BILL.
LONDON, April 12. The House of Lords read a third Uime Sir Muir Mackenzie's Gaming Bill after embodying Mr. Griffiths' amendment providing that no action to recover bets should be entertained in any court. Mr. Askwith declared that the 'law relating to cheque bets favoured snarpers.
