JVIELBOURNE, April 12. In .the Biyorce Court a man named JVteikle, who is being sued for divorce Jby .his wife, is in reality Sir Hector DougJas Mackenzie Meikle, Bart., who is working as a gardener. After he succeeded to the .title in 1916 he continued .to cycle to work daily, apparently ,more concerned with fiWexs than ivith his new honour.
In her petition Lady JV^eikle sta±e«l she purchased their home with money ■saved from her wages as a charwoman,, •which .occupation -she followed shortly .after her -marriage in 1916, and conifcinued to iollow .ever since.
