MANAIA PICTURES.
The star picture, "No Woman Knows," to be serened in the Manaia Town Hall onJTuesday is spoken of as one of the" best pictures ever brought to Manaia, The Variety, an Australian paper, says In reference to this star:
"There is an atmosphere of 'humoresque' abouC'Xo Woman Knows/ even to the mother, who, besides being a very finished actress, is reminiscent in appearance of Vera Gordon. Never once is there the slightest evidence of exaggeration, for the narrative is far too serious for inconsistency. Mothers will sob over it, dutiful daughters will have much J'ood for reflection, and somewhat inconsiderate sons will find an object lesson in the story 'No Woman Knows.'" Mr. Renwick's full orchestra of twelve instruments will provide the music for the evening, and this "toniuTiiation is spoken of very highly, and will considerably add to the evening's pleasure.
