CONFERENCE AT DUBLIN

BY CABLL—FKESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT LONDON, April 12. The Peace Conference will be held at Dublin,on Wednesday. The manifesto of the Labour Party is proving a factor for peace.

The final draft of the Free State constiution will be shown to De Valera during the conference, which is due to the efforts pf Archbishon Byrne, Mr Stephen O'Mara, of Limerick, and the Lord Mayor of Dublin.
