1Y CABLE—PB.EBB ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGR'I WASHINGTON, April 11. A telegram from Chicago states that floods caused millions of dollars of damage throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and the south-west. There were several days heavy rainfall, and the rivers overflowed.

■ Numerous towns are several feet under water, and four persons have been drowned.

Severe snow and sleet storms in the Middle West demoralised the telegraph and railways.
