Robert Dasler, aged 36, was committed for trial on a charge that he unlawfully killed Samuel Darrell, thereby committing the crime of manslaughter. It is alleged that accused struck deceased on the jaw, and that deceased's head struck a wall. Accused then pushed him, and deceased fell down.
