AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP.
NEW YOBK, Mar. 24. John O'Neill sueeessfulfy defended his title as the national amateur billiard champion of- England by defeating Joe Sudden- by 1000 to 728 in a thousand point match. O'Neill has been awarded* the diamond medal, and his name will- be again engraved on the Dewar Shield.
