Mr. Andrew Fisher, speaking at a home rule meeting in Glasf gow, said ScottisTi interests "were not [ ?serveS by the Imperial Parliament, j 'Scotland's entry into the union did! T not mean she would be content to live j 'for ever under her predominant partner. The meeting passed a resolution that | 'Irish home rule necessitated Scottish \ ' home rule immediately. ! Messrs Duncan, Graham, and Neil ' Mac Lean, members of the House of 1 Commons, supported the resolution. Mr. Robert Munro, secretary for i Scotland, wrote stating that, while ' sincerely sympathising with Scottish :-home rule, he thought it inappropriate ■that a member of the Government should participate in the meeting.
