EXPLOSION AT TORT
BUCHAREST, Oct. 15. A terrific exploekm occurred at Fort Rudeni, arid the* fate of the garrison- is unknown. Many persons were killed in an adjacent village. The fort contained 180 munition waggon^, -mostly from Russia. Explosions "continued throughout the day and night, shells and bombs lieing thrown into the villages and igniting the surrounding forests.
