THE GREY LYNN MYSTERY
(by telegbaph— feess association.) AUCKLAND. Sent. 12. - The inquest on Frances Edward Jew, who was found murdered at Grey Lynn on July _ 17, was resumed before' Mr. McKeaa, S.M. There are over 50 witnesses, "and it is exoected that the inquiry will last for three days- Jew attended, a football match on the Saturday afternoon', and .was &een on the Saturday evening in the vicinity where his dead body was found, but his movements after eight o'clock are ~ still _, shrouded in mystery. Mr. Meredith represented the police, and Mr/JPrendergast watched proceedings on behalf of Thomas McMahon.
