Received Sept. 12, 12.25 p.m. PARIS, Sept. 11. The Ambassadors' Conference has sent the Hungarian Ambassador a Note stating that acts of violence committed by the Hungarians in West Hungary directly involve the responsibility of the Hungarian Government, which ib invited to evacuate Burgenland. The Note declared that punitive measures will be taken to ensure the execution of Treaty engagements if Hungary periiet« in her present attitude.
