TOKIO, Sept: 30. I A mission of Japanese business men intend to tour the United States and make known Japanese commodities and business policies, especially during the Armament Conference. The newspapers point out that tEe mission will be iihe background of Japan's delegation to the conference, and will offer an opportunity for demonstrating Japan's sincere desire for peaceful progression economically. It is definitely understood that M. Shidehara will be a member of the armament delegation.
