Mr. Austen Chamberlain has announced that Mr. De Valera's reply j to the Government's proposals has been forwarded to Mr. Lloyd George. Th« Dail Eirann has been summoned. Messrs O'Ceallaigh, Gavin Duffy, and Boland, its representatives in Paris, Rome, and respectively;, are to attend the meeting of the Dail Eirann. The British Government undertook to issue passports and to grant facilities for the homecoming.
