UNSATISFACTORY DEFINITION.

The City Council to-night adopted a committee's recommendation objecting to the definition of war graves submitted by the Internal Affairs Department. Objection was raised to the restriction of future burials to soldiers who had died of disabilities contracted or aggravate^ by war service later than twelve months after discharge, but who have been continuously under treatment sTnce discharge. The council had set aside ten acres for a returned soldiers' cemetery, and the restriction would allow cjf'very few burials.
