AUSTRALIANS ENTERTAINED.

LONDON, July 11. At the invitation of Mr. Peter Dawson, the Australian and West of Scotland Cricket Clubs and Glasgow Cor* poration officials had a trip on Sunday down the Clyde to Loch Fyne and the Kyles of Bute, landing at Rotiiesay. There was glorious weather and the trip was most enjoyable. There were over a hundred' guests at lunch and dinner. Repaying to a tcast, Mr. Smith (Australian manager) said he had brought Sydney weather w.th him, both on the cricket field and on the pleasure trip. On Saturday night Mr. Dawson drove the Australians to Loch Lomond. To-night the team will be banquetted by the Glasgow Corporation.
