BERLIN PRAISES MR LLOYD GEORGE'S STATESMANSHIP.
(Received July 11, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, July 10. _ Four people were kfllefl in the Belfast rioting last night. N This evening the Government closed down recruiting for the Royal Constabulary, which has been very brisk since the demobilisation of the defence forces. The order was also applied to the auxiliary police. BERLIN, July 10. The papers djevote considerable space to the Irish truce, and are unanimous in high praise of Mr Lloyd George's clever statesmanship.
