NEW CABINET FORMED

Received July 6, 8.45 a.m. ROME, July 5. Signor Bononi has formed a. Cabinet and has appointed Signor Marchesa della Torretta as Foreign Minister. Signor Torretta is now Ambassador at Vienna. He was during mr time Ambassador at Petrograd. Slnor Gasparotto becomes Minister for War and Signor deNava Secretary to the Treasury. The Cabinet is supported by the two Democratic groups and the Constitutionalists and Popular party.
