LONDON, July 4. The Belgian Royalties were enthusiastically welcomed, and King 'George and Queen Mary met them at "Victoria Station. The" visitors subsequently placed a wreath of red roses and palm leares on the cenotaph in Whitehall, and they also visited the unknown warrior's grave in the Abbey. The King has appointed King Albert a -British Field-Marsha;!.
