WELLINGTON, July 5. No further advice has been received. by the Government in respect to the>* flotation of the New Zealand loan in London. Up to the present not evea. a copy of the prospectus has been received beyond the bare particulars announced by the Acting-Prime Minister, and it is not expected that much further will be known a$ to the factors* affecting the flotation until Mr. Masseyreturns. •
