BUTTER AND CHEESE.

.♦ JUDGES' REMARKS.

While regretting that the entries in the various classes were not more numerous, the judges of the cheese section were pleased to find the quality of the competing exhibits very uniform and well maintained. The cheese jwas staged in a pleasing condition, being clean and free from mould, and credit is due to those responsible for the storage of the produce. Class I—For best three white cheese.
