Inglewood Star at New Plymouth by 9 points to 3. Langlands and O'Oarroll scored tries, while Coutts kicked a penalty goal. Falwasser scored a try for Stars. At Elthahi Old Boys were beaten by the local team by 10 points to 3. McOlymont scored two tries, both of which F>ive converted, while Wynvard scored m excellent try for Old Boys. The play was, considering' the oireum=tances. particularly good, Mr. «T. Johnson was referee.
