QUESTION OF PERMITS

WELLINGTON, July 1. - The Minister of Internal Affairs advises that arrangements have been made by the Governments of the Dominion of New Zealand and the Commonwealth of Australia whereby subjects of Allied countries of European birth and parentage, who are naturalised in New Zealand or Australia., may travel in inter-oolonial vessels without being in possession of permits required by the regulations. The agreement is immediately- operative.
