AUSTRALIAN NEWSPRINT.
MELBOURNE, May 11
At the annual conference of the Australasian Provincial Press Association samples of newsprint made from Australian woods of excellent quality was shown, and much impressed the delegates, who decided to ask the Federal Government to assist more liberally in continuing the test with a view to the establishment of the newsprint industry.
