The cost of Jiving has increased tenfold since ibefore the war, ibut wages' scales have been established since the revolution, under which, there is one rate for bachelors, plus housing and children's allowances for married men. This scale is operating successfully.
Mr Renwick insists that increasing prosperity enaibles Germany to meet the indemnity payments.
