(Contributed.) The Egmont-Wanganui Hunt Club met at Manaia on Wednesday and despite the cold and rain, a few' followers put in an appearance and were rewarded by some good sport. The country was in splendid order and the hounds worked well. Short runs were the order of the day, with one exception, when puss escaped owing to the lateness and the failing light The huntsmen were entertained during a break an the afternoon to a cup of tea and other dainties by Mrs. 0.
